Tamara De Bardi

Tamara specializes in Osteopathy and Cranial Osteopathy. She is a Reiki Master and her further qualifications include Naturopath, Cranio-sacral Therapist, Muskuloskeletal Acupuncture and Flower Remedies. She has been in practice for six years. She is a member of several professional organisations, including the General Osteopathic Council, International Cranial Osteopathic Association, BackCare and the Osteopathic Visceral Association.

Osteopathy was founded in 1874 by Dr Andrew Taylor Still, a medical practitioner of Kansas (USA). He believed that the body was a self-healing mechanism supported by an uninterrupted flow from nerves and blood vessels. The system of manipulative medicine he devised is designed to help any structural deviations or abnormalities so that they can function optimally. Osteopaths treat neuro-muscular and soft tissue problems.
