Indian Head Massage is a treatment that helps to ease headaches, neck tension and lymphatic drainage. It induces relaxation making it helpful for stress-related conditions. The treatment is carried out over light clothing with the client sitting comfortably in a chair, unless oils are required to be useful resulting in the neck and shoulders being uncovered.
