The Awareness Centre, Axminster

The Awareness Centre opened in March 1997 as a Healing and Complementary Health Centre, becoming a registered charity in September 1997. It was set up to continue and to develop the work of The Awareness Group which began in 1992.

Through our programme of events, we hope to be able to offer a greater awareness of the natural ways to enhance the lives of all those interested in healing, health, self-development and spiritual growth.

The Centre is located in a lovely Georgian house with a beautiful walled garden, designed to make everyone feel welcome and to share in its light, peace and tranquility.

The Centre runs the Awareness Group's lively series of lectures, demonstrations and workshops, covering a wide variety of subjects on healing, spiritual awareness, self-development and related topics. Meditation groups, yoga and personal and spiritual development groups are on-going activities at the Centre.

Rooms are available to hire during the day, evenings and Sundays for talks, courses and workshops related to health and healing. Anyone wishing to hire rooms should contact the Centre with details.
