Chrissie is a Complementary Therapist and RGN who has had a broad range of experience both here and in Australia. Her work as a nurse in general practice focused on chronic disease management - Asthma, Diabetes, Heart disease and Women's Health.

She believes that INTEGRATED medicine which draws on both complementary and orthodox is to be seen as the real way forward in modern day healthcare. She sees self care as one of the cornerstones of complementary medicine.
