Helen Stirling - Indian Head Massage

Helen has been a therapist for Holistic Massage, Indian Head Massage, Usui Reiki and Baby Massage Instruction for two years. Her qualifications include ITEC Basic Massage and Anatomy and Physiology (Richdales Institute), Usui Reiki (trained levels 1 & 2 with GCP accredited Reiki Master) and Baby Massage Instruction (GCP accredited course).She is a member of the International Guild of Complementary Practitioners.
