Mental Health Outreach Project

The Mental Health Outreach Project employs Angela Englefield (the only paid worker) to coordinate a range of services that are tailored as far as possible to an individual's needs.

The Mental Health Outreach Worker will arrange an initial meeting to help the client decide what services might be available to them in the local community. (This can be anything from swimming to accessing a doctor.) Angela will do her best to link people with the most appropriate agencies and ensure the individual has support, if needed, to access the service>
Angela is always ready to talk to you about any of the Outreach services, or just to have a one to one chat.
Do cal her on: 01935-414170 or 07977-053939.
